Debbie Lemke currently works with Books are Fun/Collective Goods.  Seeing kids excited about getting a book to read is exhilarating.  If kids are not reading books, maybe inspirational and encouragement cards will put the joy of reading into the hearts of kids who pick up a "U Rock for Kids" card.
